I was up during the time change and I nearly shit my pants, I thought I wasted an entire hour not sleeping or something.

It was so hard waking up today and getting ready for work. My body didn’t want to budge 😂

From 2:59 to 4:00....

So in the US, there's a bill in the works to make daylight savings time permanent. Anyone think it should be the opposite? That it should be eliminated? Come next winter, where I live it'll be dark out until 8:30am, which, with a job working early mornings, I'm not a fan of.

I would rather the opposite too. I would much prefer it to be brighter out earlier.

Not gonna lie, guys. A3 is starting out strong.


Edit: I found a copy of Beatmania US with the controller at a local used game store today! It was $85 which isn't bad looking at ebay prices. I had to open it up and clean it up a little, and sync is god awful on a modern TV (I need to find a CRT bad), but now I can put the IIDX games I put on this internal HDD to use!

Agreed to work a 12 hour shift at work today. Already regretting this immensely. But the show must go on.

Honestly, if work places insist on the 40 hour work week then 12s should be the standard. Take the "compressed work week" (CWW) and just make that the work week. The place I work at uses CWW and it's freaking great. 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next (so 8 hours at time and a half covers the 4 hours you were short the previous week). So you work 3 days one week with 4 days off, then 4 days the next week with 3 days off. I honestly don't think I could go back to five 8 hour shifts.
