So, I took a look at my Onenote and found a dream that I had written down once that I feel I should share. If I post it as-is, ya'll be hella confused, so allow me to set the stage.
Imagine if the next RE game had been released and featured yet another Mercenaries Mode. The following is a "review" of that mode.
I like that its too humorous at times with the battle royale setting as well as the host's name, crossing over into Dead Rising cheesiness. But the thing about injecting humans with a virus so that while they will always be at their prime, at the cost of their humanity, all for the entertainment of humanity is really something. It really roasted my cashews when I woke up.
Just imagine an undead/corpsy professional wrestler who just kept on fighting and fighting not just beyond his prime, but also his life, just so some crazy people can make "dream matches" happen. What do you guys think?

The premise? 7 vigilantes plus you, each with their unique killing style (insert trope characters like sexy woman with claws, girl in panties with axe, salt-n-pepper daddy with cannon, asian man with a red-hot samurai sword) battle in a winner takes all brawl in the city streets. What the fucked up part? When each participant dies (they seemingly don't get dismembered, despite wielding knives, swords and chainsaws) their bodies are collected from the battlefield, injected with the current viral concoction from the main game, and are set loose once again into the battlefield.
They continue to fight and go after the remaining participants, but they no longer have their personalities, now transformed into emotionless killing machines only caring about eliminating the other alive competitors.
The reason for all this? Dan Dandercock created the virus for the sole purpose of making zombies that would be featured in Sports and other deadly stunts. He reasons that these zombies can be programmed to play by the rules, and it ensures that sports players can play well beyond retirement without performance deterioration.
Things heat up when only one person remains, as he is left to fend off his now undead fellow competitors as they get killed, collected, re-injected and are released back into the battlefield. The rules say that the fight ends when their is only one left standing, but it looks like it'll never be over if the now zombified competitors keep going after him.

Speaking of heavy snowfall, I'm really thankful Washington didn't get too much to the point of rolling blackouts. I wish I could say the same about my brother; he moved to Texas around the time 2020 began, and I'm starting to think he's regretting his decision given the situation he's in.
Unfortunately for me, walking through snow is a pain in the ass, moreso if I'm walking on pavement that's still covered in such mixed with gravel. You do not wanna know how many times I came close to losing my footing just from trying to walk, as well as how often I've gotten my socks wet from trudging through slush, something I recently remembered I HATE doing because of that.
Also, I know this is kinda late, but congrats on the mod promotion, NewbStepper! I wish you best of luck.

I don't think it's all that new, I've been doing it off and on for years, honestly. I brew coffee as normal and then put a packet of hot cocoa mix into my cup before pouring the coffee into it and it stirs in pretty well, I think...
The 1% is only because that's what the local charitable group giving away the daily breakfast/lunch packs I get are giving out. It's honestly not all that bad, in my opinion, but I've probably just gotten used to it. If I'm buying milk, I get whole milk, but otherwise, yeah.

Right now I'm a little salty that due to living in an extremely rural area, I won't get to play on another arcade DDR machine for quite awhile. I've played on them a couple of times and it was a blast.

I feel your pain, I'm at least 3 hours from a DDR cabinet in any direction. Any time I get the opportunity I try to get as much use out of it as possible. I probably should have stopped when I went into shock the last time, but I was having way too much fun to be dead!
