Ya know I really like the way you did this...
personally I never really thought it was fair to compare the US counterparts with Japanese games.
I have to admit taht I've always thought that the Japanese song lists were a little boring because if you've already played a hundred times in the arcade by the time the CS version comes out then there are no surprises to look forward to. the US DDR games re like one big lotto. Some of our games hit the jackpot in terms of songs, others don't. And thats what i find exciting about every new american DDR game. this is something that the Japanese don't experience. Most of the time if there's a song we want to see or haven't seen on a CS game, if we demand it enough Konami will likely give it to us especially if its a KO.
and besides all that, I seriously don't know where I would be without my Sandstorm, Heaven,A little bit of Ecstacy, Simply being loved, Will I, Shivers, Turn on the Music, Faster Kill Pussycat, Temperature, and countless others...

Because Janet Jackson, her producers, or the record label she has a contract with (Virgin) restricted Konami on how they can use the song. Maybe the license agreement only told them that they can put it on arcade releases. Who knows. Konami can't just do whatever they feel like it with that song because it's not theirs. -_-
Even when Konami covers a song, they still need licensing to recreate the song, then release it in their games.

OMG!!!! I cant' believe synthesized is gonna be on DDR X. I remember hearing the epoxies about 3 years ago in Boston when they opened up for Against Me! They're were average but had alot of energy . I bought their CD and didnt really think they would get too far, but here they are on DDR X. Good for them!

I always thought they would be good DDR material. Actually made a decent simfile for 'Struggle Like No Other" a LONGGGG time ago and I got rid of it when I got a new laptop.

Yeah well tommorow I'm doing the same too, sorry but I just love seeing huge surprises when you start playing the game. Its going to be sad, but I have to do it.
