I'm assuming (by the officialness that it looks like that it corresponds to the new game) that this is one of the reasons this game has taken so long.

Yes, I know about Kinect, but that's beside the point. I'm just saying that this may have taken a bit of time, especially to compile a bunch of licenses together and do all that stuff. Plus, by the looks of 20, November and Patsenner being requested on that thread quite a bit, they hopefully did a bit of convincing to Dj Nagureo (okay, maybe I'm hoping too much).

So I think that they're actually delaying this for the BETTER and the downloadable songs are actually ones that we REALLY LIKE, and the ones that are suggested on the thread. One that was suggested a lot is Why Not by Darwin, and I would love to have that in this game. Same thing with Freeway Shuffle. They're both on DDR S+, so it's definitely a possibility.

Just an fyi, that thread is from May 12th and the latest post in it isnt to far from there.

It may be a good indicatior of some DLC, but i wouldn't count on it.

But then what would be the purpose of the thread? It seems like this is most likely, and since they thought the game would come out in Autumn of last year, they probably had too many people asking of dancemania licenses and maybe stuff that they're kinda forbidden to use (Dj Nagureo, Paula Terry, etc) and they needed to get everything together.

And maybe they spent time making Dancemania cuts.

As far as getting video content out tomorrow, I'll try and load some videos to youtube while I'm there. Steaming isn't likely because it's pretty delayed/laggy. I'll shoot some HD stuff and upload it when I get back as well. I may get a flickr or something and then get the corresponding iPhone app to get some photos online as well from the event. Follow me on twitter I guess and I can do some updates there?

I'm hoping it isn't (too) long, my HD camera is notorious for eating up space, the biggest card I have is 4 gigs and won't record much longer than 10-15 minutes at a time. iPhone might be an option, hopefully it doesn't eat as much space.

Just bump the file size down a little (We dont need 1080P videos) and grab an 8gb card from Target or something. They are probably somewhere around $25.

Don't have time to go now, and besides, I don't need anymore camera cards, in total I have about 10. (a few 4 gigs, a couple 2 gigs, and some 1s) The concern was just having gaps between the DJ sets assuming they are recordable. I'll do my best to keep them to a minimum amongst my 4 gig cards.
