I've not heard most of the new songs yet so I can't make a judgement call overall. I had to go to class for an hour and a half and missed a good bit of the stream. Hell I've seen Laevateinn played 4 times now and that was in PENDUAL.

So far Set U Free is the best song I've heard. We need more Trance like this in IIDX.

Ouch, that hurts, specially for the most recents songs like Deceive your insight and portal for example. Btw, im kinda confused about the bemani academy removals ... and i hope they don't remove the other songs in future mixes

I'm liking a lot of these new songs. I really want to hear Dynamite, Donkey Donk, and Exchange Place, though! And I didn't realize that the HELL CHARGE NOTES can also apply to Backspin Scratches.

Set You Free is indeed fantastic. Most songs are pretty good here. I even enjoy the Yurica song, even though LED hasn't pleased my ears since Steel Needle.

From what people were saying, Almagest Legendaria is the same chart, just with Hell Charge Notes replacing the regular ones. Kinda disappointing really.
Everything else has been stellar though. Donkey Donk is surprisingly good.

Now i've been listening all the stuff, so my thoughs: Yeah, i maintain my opinion about this songlist versus the PENDUAL default, being PENDUAL the best, but some songs (well, the mayority except for the new m1dy, HHH×MM×ST and the DJ SHARPNEL), are amazing and very solid... and yeah, i will ship this thing about Set U Free being one of the best song in this mix.

Wheel of Journey and the DJ SHARPNEL song are really bad. Besides that everything has been good not great and ok. Honestly last time I was this impressed with a starting song list was tricoro. Really liking this version so far.

Another note about dan courses: It seems DP courses are now 4 songs instead of 3, and there is now a 7kyu and 6kyu.
