How good is the online play?

Seriously do they both need to have Landmaster Tank as their Final Smash? Why can't one of them have the Arwing as a Final Smash. You'd think Sakurai and everyone else on the team would have learned their lesson from Brawl.

I had a choice between getting this, or a IIDX controller. Got the IIDX controller. Can easily get this in the following week or so.

Bought this last night, played a bunch today. So far I'm really liking Greninja, and I already knew I liked Mega Man and Villager from the demo. Gonna try out more characters tonight, and maybe try playing online if my internet isn't too bad.

I'm in love with it, just like I knew I would be. Besides Mega Man being my new main, I'm really loving Greninja, Pac-Man, Robin, Rosalina & Luma, Mii Gunner, and Duck Hunt.

I just bought the game, and I am having a bit of a hard time with the controls, since this my first time playing any Smash Bros game lol. But I am enjoying it, though.

EDIT: I just hoped there would be an option for Japanese voice acting, though.

As much fun as the game is, the control pad sure is aggravating when it screws up your recovery & hovering. Im maining Zero Suit instead of Peach for the time being until the Wii U version comes out due to it. Although it isnt so much of a loss as Zero Suit is tons of fun with her insane mobility in the game.

Just got the game yesterday. Loving it. Haven't played online yet, I need to get better first before I go out and play with random people. I did buy the game for my friend though, so he'll probably play with me today/tomorrow.

Smash Run is alright. I'm not loving it that much, but it's ok. It has a little bit of replay value, at least.

The way they revamped Classic mode is really good, and I like how you can pick your path. It makes for a more fun experience, at least for me. Also, good on Nintendo for including the Intensity slider from Kid Icarus: Uprising. I like that.

Online is less leggy than local play from what I've seen and that's sad.

I'm not getting any lag in local play. At all. I dunno, maybe it's just a rare coincidence.

Online play seems different with every game. Sometimes every few seconds the game hangs due to lag, while other times it seems like there's almost no lag whatsoever. I guess it just depends on the connections of everyone your playing with.

I'm not big into Smash Run right now. Every time I play it, I get my ass handed to me by a clusterfuck of enemies that spawn out of nowhere. It's probably because I don't really use any of the powerups, though. I wish you had more control over what the final battle would be. If a standard stock match happened after each run, I'd probably play the mode more.


and because of that, the game is RUINED FOREVER

After about 10 matches I haven't had a single match completed online because they've either been so horrifically slow that everyone's pissed off, or with about 10 seconds to go people turn their 3DS off because they're whiny that they're not going to win.

The last few days the online has been good but today it has been really bad. I would have thought less people would be on because of people being at school and work. I think it's just overloaded at the moment. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Also I swear every time I play Brainstar, my game lags out. Has anyone else has that issue?
