Not to mention ESP Ra.De. and Mushihime-sama...
Although that last one I wouldn't try Futari and expect to beat out Ultra mode. It's too hellish for the average joe. It's too hellish to beat for a pro no less (without encumbering deaths).

Apparently, everything in Mushihimesama Futari has been one-credited except for the final boss. It's that hard.
My personal best in any bullet hell game's been getting about halfway on the second level on Giga Wing. 74 billion points, I think.

I know I've set high scores on the original Dodonpachi setup but I could only get to stage 5 before I had to use continues.

Besides Ikaruga, these two are like the most challenging shooters I've played.
