So download youtube downloader and do it yourself, it has that option built in. If you dont like that, get Audacity and put your new .mp3 in there and trim it. A little self sufficiency isnt a bad thing. If you were asking for the bg videos or something your request wouldnt seem so bad, but just as you pointed out with anyone being able to make a youtube clip into .mp3 format, anyone can also trim an .mp3.

I don't think Bemani CS releases are going anywhere as new consoles are getting more and more expensive to make games for, to the point that bemani games aren't profitable on them anymore (hence why Pop'n moved to the PSP...you'll get pirated to death on that but the losses will be minimal compared to the cost of making the game, so even under those circumstances the game will bring profits even if only a few hundred buy it and a few thousands download it).

Konami themselves said they are focusing on "broadening" the arcade experience for bemani series (this means nothing to us lol), so we can expect whatever bemani games they decide to bring stateside to be radically different to their arcade counterpart, at least feature-wise. To be completely honest, I'd be VERY surprised to see a new american DDR game next year, sadly.

If they ever decide to release the game for a PS3 or 360, do you think there would be enough disc space for the rest of the characters?
Also, I am wondering if I should connect my Wii in case there may be DLC(the rest of the characters and possibly the other music on X2?), what do you all think?

Normally when there's DLC they'll have a "Pay & Play" icon on the cover, like they did with US pop'n music's Wii release. So I don't think we'll be seeing any downloadable stuff unfortunately.

Hopefully everyone has found a copy of the game. I checked the walmart locations in my area, all 3 of them and they arent even going to stock it. Meijers in my area each got 2 bundles and my gamestops only got one standalone copy and 2 bundles. 3 of those in my area. I really want this to do well but how can it, if people cant even buy it. Could just be my area though.

Yep, that BG music's definitely a TAG composition. Drum samples confirm it.

So, can you just get us audio rips of the songs?

Any reaction to this game from the community across the Pacific? Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc? From what I gather this game is like DDR with all focus on the music and none of the gimmick gameplay. I'm pretty sure they will demand Konami to make a localized version, or pay for the imported version for cheap cheap cheap.

I live in St. Lucia ATM, and won't get my copy for a few days.
