That's...a pretty good find, but not solid enough to give us an actual date (Gamestop is NOTORIOUS for giving out random release dates based on fiscal year and "approximate" time of release(?) )...

....however the bolded text struck a chord in me, this could possibly be our actual release date if Konami IS planning on releasing it along with the DDR for the Wii, could very well be the first cross-console simultaneous release for a DDR game (unless someone can step in and find me DDR games across different game consoles that were released on the same day).

I would place my bets that this game has move support. Might just be an HD version of Hottest Party. Could be another reason the 360 version was dropped.

I hope they just port X2 AC to the PS3 and add Move support. I don't want what I will already be able to get for the Wii.

And if it was going to be a HP4 port, then it probably would have been announced at the same time as HP4.

Well, maybe they got the move development kits a bit later than expected. Who knows though.

Dance masters is coming out November 2011, which is still a while a way, so I don't think they'll be ditching it because of Dance Masters.

Pretty sure that 2011 date was just a mistake on NAOKI's part as the official site and press releases from Konami state that it is coming out this fall and even yesterday NAOKI stated it response to someone's wall post that Dance Master's is coming out this November.

I hope they don't drop the 360 version. I think they could benefit more if they released one version on two types of consoles.
Though that's just my thought on all this. I know some of you may disagree.

Aside from what this release will be like and end up on, one thing I would like changed is the unlock system. I personally detest unlocking songs in all the DDR games I've owned. I have just found it tedious and stupid. I would like to see an unlock system that unlocks songs by just playing songs.
I do know playing the game can unlock songs, but it's more random than planned (at least from what I know in SN2 NA CS).
Since the game is going to a console that has more advanced online features, it would be epic to see an e-Amuse like service offered to players. I may be having my head in the clouds now, but just picture it!

Yeah I hope they dont drop it either. Between the PS3 and the 360, I'd rather get the 360 version. I wouldn't mind the achievements, and I have a converter that would work with a ps2 pad. The only downside is no free online play.
