alpha 3 is done, but I'm going to let Marten handle the linking and the main post. The theme itself is in the DDR SN3 folder in the download zip.
The big feature in alpha 3 is SMO support that had care put into it, I have to say it looks pretty nice as far as SMO goes. That can be activated in the usual manner. The plan is to have an SN3 server up eventually, but that's still in the works.
The way characters are handled is also different. There's a folder called SNCharacters that you need to place in your StepMania root (where the Songs, Themes, etc. folders are) to show characters. The old video pack won't automatically work, but you can either move the old videos over or wait for us to release a new one.
Please don't install alpha 3 over an old copy, it might not work properly. The theme will leave a warning in the log if it detects that it might have been installed over an old copy, but I'm not 100% sure if it works or not.
Like always, there are some known and unknown Bugs and Problem, please report them to us so we can improve them.

This is a terrible solution. Crashing means that if someone doesn't have it right, they can't switch to a working theme without manually editing Preferences.ini, or fixing the problem. The message for why the game crashed isn't necessarily in a place where the player will see it or read it. Many people will assume the crashes should be handled by the dev team, and not realize it's a theme problem.
It would be much better to make a simple screen for displaying a clear message so that people know what the problem is. Also make sure the service menu works, so that someone can switch to a different theme instead. Or even force the game to switch to the default theme if it detects a problem.
Crashing is bad and you should feel bad.

Alright, it doesn't do that anymore, now it outputs a warning to the log instead. I'm retagging that version as the release. It will probably pop up a warning screen instead in the next version.
(I should have realized that would cause spurious SM bug reports though)
To the best of my knowledge, the theme will still work if you don't have a clean copy, so one should be able to get to the service menu still.

Thank you all! We are taking a short break from the theme to work on completing the simfiles. If you haven't seen already there is a preview pack of 10 files in the main post! We are going back and making sure all files are rated correctly and maybe even restepped. Once the simfile pack is done, we'll let you all know.

We've been very busy lately, and we haven't gotten too much on the theme done. However, simfiles are still being worked on.

NEW ORIGINAL FOR SN3!
This song was made for Zenius-I-mania 1stMIX. After hearing that a new album of Z-I-m was being worked on, we thought it would be nice to take the time and listen to the old album. There were a few stragglers but this gem stood out to us. This song is fast paced and very dynamic just like the original song it was based off, Healing Vision (Angelic mix). As such, we decided to make this song part of the song list. The charts are difficult and will leave you out of breath, just like Healing Vision (Angelic mix) did when it first came out. We hope you will enjoy this song!
