Just saw the gameplay video on fullscreen, and holy crap it is beatmania 5key, in glorious 3D. It even has the music select screen.
I think it is dedicated video. Also as the song ends I saw arrows (DDR arrows?) tiled there.

Wow I like the bg for Devilz Staircase. It's neat how they brought the Lincle demons back for another round, even giving Mamonis a redesign and showing STN with his helmet off.
On a more general note, the interface is absolute sex. Holy cow is it pretty and proportioned well.
