I'm not fond of Shock arrow charts, and the X US CS Horatio is one of the worst Shock arrow charts, if not THE worst.

There are some issues with End of the Century in my opinion, but the spacing between the shock arrows and the regualr arrows on Horatio CS (USA) just doesn't work. It's not that shock arrows are inherently bad, but the use of them here does not allow for enough space to hit the arrow and even get off the arrow before the shock triggers..
