Why SMAMX? Usually a majority of SM players use either sm-scc (SM5) or StepMania 3.9

between SM3.9_REDUX and AMX, the first one is far more stable, although SM5 is far more popular now.
Edit: OITG is just a theme for SM3.95, so is ITG2 AC.

OpenITG is based off of StepMania 3.95 yes, but it's not a theme. it's a fork/different program.

Every single iteration of In The Groove, especially Open ITG, is a heavily modified version of StepMania.
