With the week about to end, here's some feedback to two files I think need some sort of adjustment:
僕があなたの鐘になる - For some reason the beat starts at a supposed 8th note, thus producing a blue arrow syndrome throughout the rest of the song.
流氷の去りて - PenTA_'s steps, but for the record "I synced it". I let the graphics (specifically background and jacket) slide until I remembered the audio and offset are exactly like my file and whether that part of things are against the rules is unclear to me.

I'm personally fine with using audio/offset...but the graphics are a BIT of a red flag here without getting prior approval and/or credit.

I checked the background, jacket, and audio are exactly the same. You may have found the jacket from here or my website too I guess since AFAIK I'm the only one that bothers to upscale GITADORA jackets to 512x512. But anyway you may keep them. Just want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future unless more clear rules are up (with regard to audio/offset, which is my main gripe in the first place).

The audio and the jacket are official, tsugaru has no claim to them. The bg was the only thing that could be considered a creation, and that’s been acknowledged as a mistake, so no real harm or foul.

Yeah the reason behind the graphics are mainly why I was lenient. I'm for syncing being up to the respective steppers themselves though.

I firmly disagree with the idea that sync should be manually done. The only way it would produce significantly different results is if one of you was bad at it. Sync’s not a creative element, it’s functional, and if the work is already done to satisfaction, there’s no point in reinventing the wheel.

3 6 8 10 13 has a lot of references:m9 and m11 - Both of these patterns are from the end of PARANOiA.
m20-m22 - This part comes from BRE∀K DOWN!.
m32 - This pattern is ripped from UNBELIEVABLE (Sparky remix), but with mines added to mark where you should doublestep. Probably doesn't count on its own due to the mines not being in the original chart, but many of the intentional doublesteps were based on this one pattern so I figured I'd mention it.
m44 - The second half of the guitar solo is based on AFRONOVA, but with some modifications in order to fit the solo.
m72 - The ending run is taken from the last big stream of exotic ethnic.
I didn't really try to implement references in any of the other charts, but the ending of the
chart is the same ending spin as in TRIP MACHINE.
