Since Ryan has said about DDR Max 2, has any one notice after you beat a song on DDR Max, the BPM goes really fast, that doesn't match with the BPM of the song that you do.

Why does it do that?

I could care less, not one of the best songs on 2nd remix, but i guess it's better than nothing
(aside from butterfly and dub-i-dub).

I prefer "It's like that" (which share the same banner and bg with get up'n move) over this one.

I'll post the banner and bg so you can compare the two.

and why would you want Dream A Dream again for DDR? DDR MAX 2 with the music video. honestly I don't see a possible chance for that song to come over to us again.

It's a good song, good chart, and has a good video. And it was in Party Collection, which is where 100% of the license revivals for this game have come from thus far.

Plus, most of these songs are likely to have (2008 X-edit) on the end, so we'll likely see a different cut and some somewhat different charts.

Nah, I think it's a case of "WAAH WAAH THIS GAME HAS ONE SONG I HATE IT IS THE WORST GAME EVERRRRRRRRR"

I mean, to lose all interest in the game over the addition of a single song, it's a little extreme, don't you think? =/

I wouldn't mind if any of those songs were revived for DDR X (especially DAM DARIRAM), but if it were up to me, I'd revive some more "obscure" licenses like Hero (Happy Grandale Mix), stuff from the pre-MAX days.

I don't know, but I've read somewhere that DDR X was supposed to include the "powerful" songs.
The songs that made DDR what it is today (read: Dancemania licenses) are what the "powerful" songs are. But I think they would be licensing from the source themselves (like Get Up'N Move) instead of
from Toshiba EMI.

Get up'n Move wasn't really that powerful in my opinion, it was one of the lesser played songs
in my 2nd remix game cd on the psone. I think that's what he means, or he simply doesn't like
bass or rap or both.

oh, and to the song suggestions, they said they wanted the songlist to be related to the interface, i'm sorry but dream a dream, dam dariram, or hero (happy grandale remix) doesn't seem to mix with the interface (though I like them).

i think its entirely possible, given whoever's friend that was who went to the PR show and saw the game is reliable. she said she heard a captain jack song, and given that they are reviving party collection licenses and captain jack(grandale remix) and dream a dream are both on there, either is a good possibility.


from what i've seen, get up 'n move was pretty popular. the lesser played songs on YOUR memory card dont mean squat(not to be mean, but its true), its about the community. i've had a lot of songs that i rarely/never play, but people seem to love them. cartoon heroes comes to mind. that song can die in a fire. personally, i like get up 'n move, and whether its the original or a 2008 X-edit i'll enjoy it.
