You're not the only one who misses the old days. I still call the difficulties as they are (except for 10s).
Love that random....

In essence, we got her. Ruby is the highly twisted version of her. But otherwise, I would like to see a return of many old characters. Or, I think I'm alone on this one, let's revive some of the one-shot EX2 dancers. Drum was my favorite character!

Ruby's DDRX outfit is pretty good, imo

Hijacking the conversation. I played DDR USA in the arcades once, and eh... it was okay. I love 5thMIX best out of all the old mixes. So glad I have the home version. It's awesome.

supposedly, right when we come back from school (yes, this week) i think it's going to be on Tuesday, but i am not sure as the Nurse pulled me aside and told me that starting next semester she was having a class afterschool on Tuesdays and moving it to Wednesday's, but i have Dual enrollment wednesdays which is a problem =(...When's the next DDR club meeting? Planning on hijacking that too. ;)
...hopefully we can work something out, but i do believe we can manage a Tuesday afterschool meeting, and if no one is there, i sure as hell will be =D.

I might drop by then. I go back to college on Wednesday, so Tuesday's my last day on winter break.

at least 1 New boss song that hasnt got retarded bpm changes and is well thought out, something like 888 (Yes 888 had no retarded bpm changes and was pure, uninflated difficulty!). I would dub this the one that made me l?actually start looking forward to DDR again.
on the bounce?Horatio?
SABER WING?
If those don't fit the bill, I'm not sure what you're looking for. Maybe we're looking for different things though; 888 Challenge is not what I look for in a DDR game.
On an unrelated note, after a bit of playing, I say SABER WING (AKIRA ISHIHARA Headshot mix) has really great steps, and is actually fun, just some silly BPM changes, but for me they don't ruin the song and I have really grown to like it.
Trigger is terrible, though. On all difficulties.

SABER WING (AIHM) Expert is amazing. The stops/BPM changes were pretty easy to learn I found, and it's one of those songs that make you feel cool when you play it after learning all the changes and stops.

I agree about SABER WING (AIHM), I really like the Expert and I think the Challenge is still good. I enjoy some tough crossovers every now and then.
But I also like Trigger Expert, I think those steps are fun. I still think that it didn't need the Challenge chart, kind of unnecessary in my opinion. And the BPM changes and stops aren't that bad. It took me more tries to learn Pluto compared to Trigger.

It's insane and i want it this might sound like a strange question, but... why? at one point in time it was a good game, what it did for its time it did very well, but with what we have now, and how easy it is to run imports(which often can be purchased cheaper) i see no reason to get it. i havnt played mine since the day i tracked it down.
