Perhaps this should go in the therapy thread, but whatever... during this month, I've been plagued with me hearing sounds in my head... sounds of moaning. As a person who's suffering from erotophobia, this is extremely hard to endure, and have caused me more than a few nightmares. At daytime it's easier for me to block out these sounds by listening to something else (music has worked well, especially metal). I won't say I'm delusional, as I'm well aware I don't hear those disturbing moans for real. But regardless, it drains me mentally and I don't know how long I can hold on. As of this post, I just woke up from a nightmare recently.
Oh dear. Have you spoken to anyone about this? How long has this been going on for?

I haven't been able to mention this to anyone else, as only now I came to realize how serious this is. And where I live it's 3 AM, meaning that practically all my friends are asleep by now.
As of the problems I've had. The erotophobia and the nightmares have followed me since I was in my early teens... now I'm 23. Over time, I came to regard these problems as something I have to live with and/or attempt to overcome. But the problems with me hearing moans is a much more recent phenomenon, as it started earlier this month. I haven't figured out yet what's causing this.

I hear voices occasionally, but thankfully not nearly as badly as some schizophrenic people. Hope you find help, I know that it can be really scary and distracting.
(I should really try to write stuff based on whatever nightmares I have. They're usually interesting enough...)

Attempting to play through the Japanese PS2 DDR games (shoutouts to n00b for selling me the main games, shoutouts to anyone willing to send me Party Collection/FESTIVAL/STR!KE *wink wink*).
Through the power of SwapMagic, these games are working like a charm.
Except DDR X.
Which freezes up on the Selected Song screen every time I try to play something without a music video.
This has happened to me three times. Once on PARANOiA -Respect-, once on La Senorita virtual (both on the standard Game Mode) and Boy (DJ Irene Rockstar Mix) (on SMM). I only bring up the music videos as the game loaded up Wine Red perfectly fine which, coincidentally enough, was the only one of the mentioned songs that doesn't have the dancing characters in the background.
I don't know if this is an issue with the game or the SwapMagic, but I tell you that it's mighty inconvenient regardless. If anyone knows what to do, it would be much appreciated.
And please don't tell me you don't know - that's not appreciated.

I survived a long day at choir with my sore throat. It was difficult though, and I took maybe 5 or so cough drops. But I survived, and I'm thankful for that. 
The weather here was also brutal today, especially because of all the winds. Hopefully it stays calm this week while light snow piles up on the ground.

I mean in the financial aspect. I have almost a year without any work opportunities and with so many needs (Laptop charger burned 3 weeks ago, I don't have a cell phone, my headphones died 2 days ago, I wanted to go back to university in January but it will not be possible either).
2014 was a bad year too but I have to admit that I made so many bad decisions in those days.
The good side is that a month ago I started an internship and I did very well, they gave me work on Saturdays and I hope they give me the full time job soon!
