I got the Elite. It's a REALLY good controller.

I had my brain waves tested yesterday for the first time. The hardest part was when I was instructed to keep my eyes open, look straight forward at a point, feel relaxed and comfortable, avoid thinking about anything, and avoid moving a muscle for three minutes straight. The monitoring devices made me a little ticklish. I am sure others can do that easily, but wow, I found that incredibly difficult to do. It felt like hell while it lasted.

As for the results, I can expect them in about 10 days. I am quite certain I have various problems with mine though...

10 years? Shit man that's quite the achievement. Congrats!

Anyway, me and my dad were getting supplies from the Home Depot because yesterday he told me that there were 2 beehives containing yellow-jackets(wasps) and mice scattered around the basement. Well the top-edge of the wall to be specific. We cleaned for and hour and he found(literally) a shit-ton of mice turds. It was not great. But we've managed to clean it up and fix part of it. After that we've took a shower for the hard work.

Now I'm a little sore and resting up quite nicely.

Marching season is over and I'm both relieved that I will no longer be in pain and go to sleep late because of rehearsal and homework, but I'm also saddened because it was such a great season for me and I'm going to miss all the seniors that won't be back. I'm a junior, so next year is my last. I'm gonna make sure my last season is the best one I've ever had.

Oh I also got a 30% on a Calculus test lulz

Half the electrical work doesn't work in my house. Like my kitchen lights were working 15 minutes ago but now nothing. This is the way the world ends. This is the way the world ends, not with a bang, but with my house literally burning to the ground.

Zenius-I-Health time:

I've been battling non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease for the past month or so. I finally have a diet plan which I've been following, it's just I've neglected the whole "40 minutes of cardio every other day" part. I've lost 20 lbs already from switching my diet out, because the liver problem came from my obesity, but I was wondering for any of you health experts out there:

Is it optimal to do 60 minutes of DDR every single day to catch up on that?

Like sometimes my light in my room won't work. Like my roommates light doesn't work either. The bulbs are fine the fuses are fine. It literally just sometimes stops working.

Any amount of physical activity helps. If I were you, though, I would shoot for 4-5 days a week (and if I can, play longer sessions) to allow for some recovery time as well. You'll probably perform better that way, as long as you're consistent. I suggest you don't strain yourself too much during this. More than anything, though, do things to take care of yourself and make yourself feel better. Try going for 8 hours of sleep every night if you aren't doing so already, and whenever it's nice outside and you don't have much to do, go for a walk or something! Most of all, think good thoughts. As much as there is a physical aspect to diseases and ailments, taking care of your mental health is just as important. Good luck combating that liver disease... I wish you all the best.

You might want to talk to management or to your technician about that... that does not sound normal. Spontaneous blackouts is something I actually am a little afraid of, especially when I have work to do on my computer.
