Make America great again? Its about to get a whole lot worse.
And no, Hillary would not have been just as bad because of the email thing. I'm livid right now.

Everyone in my class is just happy about marijuana being legal and my fucking phone is having the worst problem with accuracy when I type I'm just fucking done with everything. Someone put me into a coma for 2 years so I can vote the Republicans out of the congress so we can at least slowdown the chaos

Well, marijuana being legal is at least KIND of a win.
You're going to need it to take your mind off the pussy grabbing.

I think the majority of the blame here has to go to the Democratic Party itself. Not singling out one person or issue, but the party's actions as a whole, or lack of them.
When you're faced with a guy who is completely unqualified, has split his own party up, and you've got a massive open goal...how do you fuck it up!? How do you not put him away at the first moment? How can you be this fucking incompetent at your job!?
I mean, at any point was there some actual 'vote for me because I have [policy]' moment? I can't recall any, and basing the campaign off of shitflinging is reducing it to Trump's level. Of COURSE he's going to beat you on that!

Okay, time for words.
Democracy isn't what you THINK is democracy and it never has been. At least not in elections. We as people believe democracy is this idea that what we say matters and each and every vote counts. The fact of the matter is democracy is supposed to be this thing where everyone is happy because everyone got to speak their voice. This, however, is not what it is.
Clinton had .2% (about 200,000) more votes than Trump. I don't actually know the electoral system or how the fucking thing works, so I'm not going to actually complain about this. But this does mean that America, as a whole, voted more for Clinton than for Trump. I honestly don't care too much about who won - it doesn't effect me at all. But isn't it a weird system to have where overall votes don't matter? Let's not forget that the winner of elections usually never even have HALF the votes. Here I was about to make the point of "well, democracy only works if your opinion is the opinion of the majority of the world, otherwise you don't matter". OH WELL, I'LL DO IT ANYWAY.
Democracy really just means "you vote with the majority, otherwise you don't get what you want." Democracy is basically "well, I mean, HALF(both Trump and Clinton got below 50% of votes, just to make it seem a little MORE pointless for you all!) of the world wanted them..." and I just don't like that to be how it works. This isn't me shitting on the idea of democracy as a whole, it's just how it's presented. "You can make your voice heard in anyway you like! ... Except if you're NOT far left or you're NOT far right." That ISN'T democracy, that's heads or tails. And in an election where over 40% of Americans able to vote DIDN'T VOTE, how can you not see the issue? This is why turnout rates are low by today's standards: if 40% of people don't vote, that's MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of American citizens not saying anything. Why aren't they saying anything? Because they feel like their votes don't matter. They can vote for one of four people and only two of those four actually bloody matter. If they don't like either of those people(which is how a lot of people felt this time around) then what do they do? They either flip a coin or they don't go for it. I'm a fairly centered person on the political spectrum. Maybe slightly towards the left but barely so. Why are all elections black/white? Why is there no person going "Okay, fuck what I want, what do YOU want for the country?" I just don't understand why the world is like this. This post probably makes sense to about... nobody, but whatever. I like letting out how I feel, for better or for worse.

Bernie was the best choice of the four. I wish more people who didn't like either didn't flip a fucking coin and instead voted for one of the other two.

Politics is now a career path, now probably even more so than an actual method of running a country. As a Brit you should know this, look at the endless conveyor of politicians parachuted into safe seats, wreck havoc on the country to suit their own will in spite of almost all evidence telling them to do the contrary, and then they retire and do after-dinner speeches at the offices of their political donors for five-figure sums a night. This has been the political career for a long time now, and anybody that dares challenge this system gets swept aside. Look at Sanders, and look at Corbyn.
