So I've uploaded some SuperNOVA 2 CS videos last week and it just occurred to me that some Konami Originals are actually under copyright, when I checked my Video Manager. I did three songs that I did not know were copyrighted: dazzle, BALLAD FOR YOU, and Every Day, Every Night.

I also remembered NewbStepper replying to me on this thread months back...

Aside from licenses, look out for anything you see in Hottest Party 1 or SuperNOVA 2 US (CS).
Thankfully, Hottest Party 1 tracks aren't flagged under copyright anymore. SuperNOVA 2 CS songs still are, but at least now, they are viewable nearly everywhere (all except Germany, and perhaps Switzerland). This could change, though.

I'm trying to work out the best time to throw cash down for an Xbox One. Money's not really an issue, I just don't know if any good games are coming out around Black Friday that inevitably will be in some kind of bundle offer.

Tom Clancy's The Division is a pretty fun game that is part of an Xbox One bundle. Not sure if they have that same bundle over in Europe but I see plenty of them around where I live. I had the PS4 version but unfortunately had to sell it pretty quickly due to some severe financial strains a few months ago.

Anyways, I made a DDR EXTREME II Arcade songlist concept:

So any thoughts on it?
I'd like feedback.

EDIT: Updated songlist

Honestly not interested in fan songlists when there's no real effort behind them. (Lookin' at you, hamsand.)

I used to make a lot of fan songlists but, especially for DDR, there's only so much you can do with them to make them interesting on their own.

I used to make a lot of fan songlists but, especially for DDR, there's only so much you can do with them to make them interesting on their own.
I remember, back in 2012, I had this hilariously large songlist that I intended to use to "improve" upon DDR 4th MIX. It featured a hilarious amount of sources--the Katamari Damacy series was one, and so were a handful of songs selected from several StepMania simfile packs that I introduced myself to during that time.

Of course, I couldn't finish much of it. Also, hilariously, Mermaid girl was in my songlist as well, even though it's not like it's in DDR X3 vs. 2nd MIX. Boy, did I feel stupid when I saw it in that iteration of DDR. Tongue

However, before that, back in 2006-2007, because I watched a bunch of animutations back then, I felt like a songlist composed mostly of the songs used in said animutations could be perfect for my needs.
Also known as d-feather.

More active on Twitter nowadays. I'm also probably the only casual DDR player with an eAmuse pass.

I relied on a Google translated version of this site to figure out the conditions in Hyper Master Mode on SN2 JP. It's also has SN1's Stellar Master Mode but nothing for Street Master Mode on X (it does have unlock info based on the number of songs you play, though).

I just finished the original Rhythm Heaven on DS and loved it. Should I move onto Fever on Wii (roughly $9.99), or make the jump to Megamix on 3DS ($29.99)? Do the new additions in Megamix justify the price tag?

the japanese games technically do, with the User Support option unlocking everything in the game previously released (or in Party Collection's case, everything from MAX-EXTREME)
the Wii games for all regions do as well
but where's the fun in just having everything from the start?

Being able to play the harder stuff without going through some of the worst experiences in rhythm gaming. I play to score attack so it's very inconvenient having to play a bunch of boring shit to get everything to actually start enjoying the game.
