They should have used that concept in SN2, IMO it wasn't one of the best mixes of DDR. It was so bad,
in addition to the regular versions of the groove radar specials (which I think should be included), some classic songs like afronova, groove and can't stop fallin' in love were included.

Aaron G could be two persons, he could be the one on "dynamite rave", "brilliant2u", "end of the century". Or he could be the on who sang on "B4U" and "Burnin' the Floor." Argie Phine the other
could be Argie Phine but i think Argie's a girl (clarification needed).

What were they supposed to do, just give us the SN2 AC songs and some CS songs and call it a day? Adding old songs didn't do anything but beef up the songlist count. If you ask me, some of the choices were pretty good. Candy* was a welcome choice, and I personally enjoyed Sweet Sweet Love Magic, Tomorrow, and Inside Your Heart. It's almost the exact same thing they did in Extreme, just to a lesser extent.

Some home version songs that not inserted yet like VJ Army, 19 November, Toe jam, Mad Blast, Outer Limit, etc are good choices for beef uf up the songlist count.

Of course a mix needs revivals! Just makes the game better. And NeoRevenG, you're right, their are SO many songs from the ultramix series that desperately need to be put on a ps2 game, or at least the arcade. You would think they would since many of them are crossovers from other bemani games

I agree, the UM KOs need to come over to the AC and PS2. With Festival and STR!KE, they were doing that to a great extent, but they stopped that as soon as SN came out.

In fact, mock-up screenshots of the SuperNOVA machine included many Ultramix songs that never ended up on the machine.

It would be bad ass if we got Kind Lady (Interlude), Battle Breaks, & Get It All.

I would like to see Another Planet on the PS2 or arcade, along with a better and more fun stepchart. Besides, there's nothing wrong with an additional "SEXY" song.

These two could easily fit an urban theme, along with route 80's, Stop Violence, etc.

Kind lady (interlude) was introduced in what mix and included in what future versions? Seems like
that song is on everyone's minds when SN comes up.

I don't know if commissioned remixes count as KO's since they are made by someone outside of Konami (except for Dm Ashura and maybe J&S, which maybe part of the DDR community [not to be
confused with the website]).

IMO, it's just like taking the ownership of some of the challenge remixes (especially those remixed by B4 ZA BEAT, Momo, KCP, etc.). But what the heck do I know, I haven't touched a DDR machine since
3rd Mix was released.

I'm guessing everyone else will agree with the opposite of what I just said..

Kind Lady (Interlude) was featured on DDR Max 2 USA So really I don't see a possible chance for that song to appear on DDR X. If it is then that would be great, but still I don't see it making it to DDR X.

That's sad, because that was the song I played to get Extra Stage for the 1st time.

I'd like how they had a bunch of CS songs in SN1. I'd like the see something like that again.

Yeah, i did remember reading something about DDRMAX2 (USA) including 3 exclusive challenge remixes (and one of those is I think a Do It Right remix).

You're somewhat confused. MAX2 JP CS introduced the three CS challenge remixes, two of which appeared later in MAX2 US, the third in EX2. The three songs in question:

Do It Right (80's Electro Mix)
Look To The Sky (Trance Mix)
Kind Lady (interlude)

...neither of which were ever included in any arcade versions.

I would actually be pretty surprised if it wasn't. If Konami wants to exploit its complete "lol" factor, the video is a must.

BUT, will this thread reach 3000 posts before X's release? That's MY question.

and to think about it, if it didn't then I wouldn't be mad, I'm still glad that we got that song. I knew one day that song would appear on DDR and Big Girls Don't Cry even though its a different artist.
