A couple of days ago I found out that there is a In the Groove 3 cabinet in the city 
and I have planned go to play tomorrow or next week but I don't know any song of this

Check if you also have Mungyodance and Mungyodance 2 also.
As far as

charts go, almost all of them are safe bets (just stay away from those with extreme BPM changes like Dream to Nightmare or something like that). I'm not too fond of the and difficulties, but I know what most of the

Then on your next visit, play as many random 4-rated Easy charts as you can, and see how many you can keep up with. Then try random 5's. You can use the red button + green button to choose your sorting option, and you can sort by "Difficulty - Easy Meter" and pick songs that way. On any ITG cabinet, when you sort songs by difficulty, the order will be by the number of taps, followed by title, followed by mix, etc.
At the end of your visit, make a log of whatever you played and passed. Maybe then I'll have a better idea of what to get you to pick next time.
Once you can pass some 8-rated charts and need to pick charts that have specific techniques you want to work on (like crossovers at a certain speed), then let me know.
