By the way, I just took my 1st mix Trip Machine and added the X-Special as a challenge chart .

I would rather have that than a song with 2 spins and 3 freeze arrows. (cough) Brillant 2U.

DEGRS is widely accepted to be the biggest pile of rotten wank ever witnessed on four panels. Brilliant 2U was like Spin the disc Heavy compared to that.

Anyone notice that Trip Machine X-Special on EES the player was able to keep his arrow options?

I'd say that the glitchy Skulk Challenge that you can only get through cheating devices and such on the XBox with the weird hands is better than DEGRS.

As for the X-Specials, I like Paranoia's a lot more than Trip Machine, but both are wonderfully tame and fit pretty well with both the song and feel like the original chart.

Yup, you can use mods for EES now.

mods on EES is lame IMO. i dont like it, whats the point of EES now? i mean, it took skill to actually play chaos, pluto, etc on EES with no mods. if this is in, please tell me that you cant get EES off of a random ES now, if they atleast fixed that, then atleast only the skilled players will be playing EES.

tl;dr- i dont like watching scrubs play 5 songs, make EES hard to get and play.

anyway, with any luck maybe we can get some of the removed songs in the form of X-specials. that would be pretty sweet.

You cannot get EES by playing RANDOM on ES anymore. However, you can still get ES by playing RANDOM on Final.

Plus, Sudden Death is still in effect and the songs that become available for EES are extremely difficult with it. I don't think very many unskilled people will be able to play it.

I like that you can play with mods now. EES was annoying only being able to use 1x. The way I see it, Encore Extra Stage is so you can play the "Boss of Bosses", not to annoy you with mods, or lack of.
