Nothing says "this commands your fate" like knowing what arbitrary man made shape in the stars happens to be behind the sun at the given time of the year.

I love how when I try to rest and relax myself in bed, I either find myself incapable of falling asleep or having an unpleasant dream.

I felt the need to nap today. Well, in my dream, I was in this spaceship where a crew that was with me was fighting another crew in another spaceship, like in a video game. While the battle was happening, someone shot me with a tranquilizer gun, and I collapsed. I completely lost my consciousness.

When the effects finally began to dissipate, I tried to open my eyes - but the first thing I see is a red light to my left. Everything else was dark. I got scared and closed my eyes again, and I opened them 10 seconds later, to see that red light again. At this point, I was scared for my life. I felt my heart pound. This lasted for about another good 5 minutes or so. As more of the effects dissipated, I recovered my vision and found that the red light was just a blurried light coming from a lamp, and that I wasn't in any immediate danger. I felt paralyzed for a minute or so, however - I could not speak or move. I wanted to scream for help, but to no avail.

I eventually got myself back together and started to walk. I found out that I was in this strange chamber where some guys in strange suits were holding a contest to see who can create the most creative way to torture the hostage (me) until my team surrendered. It was clear by this point that I was in an enemy vessel, and that I lost all contact with everyone on my team. I overheard a few methods they came up with, including strapping me on top of their ship without an oxygen tank. I looked for a path to escape - but one of them saw me and alerted the rest of their team. Everyone started to chase and tackle me, and without a weapon, I felt helpless.

At this point, I heard my phone rang really loud (because I somehow turned the volume up to maximum while asleep), which woke me up. I answered it with my heart still pounding. I'm glad it's over now, but now I hesitate to go to bed...

Someone told me if you blink really fast for a couple of minutes, you'll tire out and sleep? Probably fake, but didn't look it up. Phone is being slow for googling anything.

It's crazy how cold it got all of a sudden where I live! Yesterday, I took a 2-hour walk to try to adjust to the weather conditions, since it was at least sunny. Would have done the same if it was nice outside, but the lack of sunlight and the rain just made it feel that much colder! I'm still debating whether I'll need my heater soon (I hope not).

I'm planning on an even longer walk tomorrow or Wednesday since I barely got out in the last three weeks (yes, I'm dying to retrain my legs already).
