We'll see when the data gets ripped though. This would probably most likely be the size.

I didn't realise how much the song select screen has been changed since Musicfit, but the spacing of the CD Titles is very different. A Brighter Day has a new CD Title for X2, as well.

The Musicfit ones are 256x256, but they include black or grey borders.

I think most people missed that Koko Soko remix from last page... Akiba Koubou? Anyone tried AAAing Koko Soko? It'll be unlocked for sure after! It sounds really good BTW!

After this, and with more than one Universe 3 port, I'm wondering if I should hold my breath for "Doki Doki (Panik Mix)".

Haha well I already play stuff like that, but it would be nice to have some officials like that. I don't mean like PRO 1.2 rate or anything (crossovers) but I mean straightforward patterns (kinda like anti-matter) but maybe a tad faster. It's really not too bad in shorter bursts.

Now your getting in to stuff that even ITG would call stupid. Watch it happen. Tongue
No. It's actually average in the ITG community. 145 BPM 24th notes? that's slower than 888 oni's steps. (24ths at 145 BPM = 16ths at 217.5 BPM)

but yeah, if I'm alone with this thought, I'll just stop typing. Really, I'm just throwing an idea out there to have a HARD boss chart without stupid patterns. Tongue
The last time we had 220 BPM-ish 16th notes we unleashed Pluto the First. As you can see, we don't REALLY want to do that again in a hurry.

Also, fairly clear audio of Anti-Matter:

"o_O?"
Why yes it is. Great find by the way.

A clearer video of Anti-Matter EXPERT.

Remember when the extra stage only required you to not get too many almost/boo's and the hardest song was PARANOiA Survivor MAX?...

...

CUZ I DON'T.

Nice song, nice stepchart too, and it's only on Difficult.

There was a time when I was top level player, a very brief time when I could pass any official song DDR had to offer. I'm quickly being regulated back to TRICK! Oops

You're not alone, kinda.
But before, i want to clarify some stuff :D

Want i don't want is something like Healing-D-Vision / NGO / Paranoia Hades / Pluto Reliquish...
I mean, there is a lot of dump steps is here... who wants to make crossovers like the end of HVDO ? Who wants jumps everywhere like NGO ? :s

What i want to say, is that we don't really need high bpm or stuffs like that.
WE JUST NEED GOOD CHARTS.

Also yeah at using burst or little 32th when this goes with the songs. Even my edit for Hero (an 8.5 old scale) has some funny 32th triplet.
For exemple, i played Disconected 2 weeks ago on an itg cab. The little drills at 200bpm are very fun (even if i sucked).
Burst are fun. But there is like... nothing like that in ddr. So i'm having fun on my pc with them (and i can play harder stuff for sure).

There is so much songs used in DDR that have much potential than being a 8 (old scale).
Does anyone listened Bloody Tears ? So many notes are missing >.> (and it's just a liitle exemple).

But back to the topic a little bit, they seems to have make a good boss chart here.
I'm very happy about this. Because when i think about Trigger (X area) NGO (SN2 area) ect...

It's a demo of the song, of course it's not even 1 minute.

only my railgun on Double looks like a lot of fun. A lot better than the Single chart :/

Anti-Matter difficult also looks pretty fun. Can't wait to at least see a pic of Valkyrie Dimension.

Pluto the first wasn't bad because it's 220 BPM. It's bad because of the horrible sync problem and the fact that the fast steps aren't even heard in the music.

Something like this is what I mean http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4yC-9pyBfE (you can't see the steps, but the taps are audible) It's an easy 11 on ITG, translating to a 16 on DDR. it has some 24th notes at 140 BPM and a few 32nd note quintuplets at the end.

ON TOPIC YEAH:

Anti Matter standard is a fun chart and definitely 14-worthy. Smile

It's only 43 seconds because it was part of a mixed set done by Milo (00milo is his actual Soundcloud profile, apparently). So I guess he either uploaded the section of the song used in the mix seperately, or Soundcloud did that for him.

I'm with you, NIQ9. I also really want to see more-varied rhythms in DDR, like how Shiny World has 32nds thrown in.

Speaking of Pluto the First, that gives me an idea... I've gotta make a decent chart for that! Smile
Play my game Arcana Seal of Rimsala (SNES)!
