New Gravity is pretty consistent with the doublesteps, IMO. I played all Challenge charts already, I don't dislike any but heron should have a normal Challenge chart while Children of the Beat should have SA chart.

Ha, so you can completely ignore it and still get a perfect score? Looks like Konami's got some bugfixing to do.

How exactly does it work, though?

I'm guessing that the arrow acts like it was never there? Does avoiding the Shock Arrow award 1 O.K. and nothing else, and hitting the Shock Arrow award 1 Miss (that's what N.G.'s are recorded as on the results screen) and nothing else? Does the arrow fly past the target zone no matter what? And is the score for each step calculated as if the arrow didn't exist? (In a song with one simultaneous Shock+arrow step, 3 regular arrows, and no other steps, would each note be worth 250k, or would the regular arrows be worth 200k and the Shock+arrow worth 400k?)

The arrow acts like it's never there. Avoiding the shock arrow awards you O.K., hitting it gives you N.G., it doesn't matter whether you choose to hit the simultaneous arrow or not. The arrow flies past the target zone no matter what. Of course, the score is calculated as if the arrow is never there.

You might call it fake notes, lol.

Wow I'm shocked that Mickey Mouse March (Eurobeat) made a return. Come to think of it this month would mark the 13th anniversary of Disney Mix/Rave.

Sorry, but it wasn't for that. The song was added to this game in July, plus it's actually the ParaPara cut, so it has some differing steps from the Disney Mix version (though it does use the same steps for the shared parts between the 2 cuts).

well i'm surprised just the same, too bad it was from ParaPara and not Disney Mix/Rave. BTW how's come Disney Rave is only listed as Arcade in the Games Browser page and not Playstation for both US and Japan as well?

Blew My Mind unlocked. It's an 18 and has shock arrows.

While they've gotten a lot better at shock arrows, I'm not very happy to see the second coming of Pluto The First . Shame, could've had a New Decade style chart instead. Is it possible it could be good?

RIN-GO, a popular Japanese player, tweeted saying he was able to get a AA on first try and there were only about 2 shock arrows in the whole chart, so it seems like it at least has the possibility of being good.

Boy this trickling of new charts and no new songs is painful. I wish we would get a legitimate "boss"sounding boss song.
