DanceDanceRevolution Dance Wars (iOS) (US)

Found my old iTouch 4th gen. Now I can play Dance Wars. Still wishing it was Android compatible but oh well, no real use complaining since I do have an iTouch.

Now to download and figure out how to actually play this game.

What skills did you guys get? I went for Staying Power and regretting it now x.x

I haven't touched anything but Stardom yet, and I've brought it up to Lv5. It makes earning RP back that little bit more bearable I guess.

How do you get Respect Points? I played a battle, won, and didn't get any. Granted, it was the default battle, so I dunno if it gives any, but I'm not sure.

Also, how can you change your default character? Michael seems kinda douchey.

To change your character, just tap Michael on the first screen and a list of characters will come up

You get RP by doing battles against actual players. The first battle against the Shadow Dancer earns nothing from what you said (I can't remember if I got anything from him). Just battle more players or practice battle against your crew, normal battles earn a lot more RP though.

What does adding crew members do? And how do I do it?

Does anyone know how to add friends without searching through the Dance Wars friends list?

They're kinda like an in-game friends list. You can practise battles against them on the crew page without using any stamina, and when you do real battles for sticker pieces you can bring up to 3 crew members with you for extra points, but it'll cost a fair amount of extra stamina to do so.

How do you add members without searching the DDR list though since that's how I added astroman, but when I do a search on GREE, nobody shows up.

No idea, the search doesn't work right now. go to Astroman's profile and look at his friends list for me, and after adding me you can search my friends list for most of the other members here.

How much stamina do you need in order to battle? It says I don't have enough stamina (I'm at 100 atm).

EDIT: And also, how do you guys get such high bonuses? I barely get any and you pretty much automatically win because of them =\

It's usually 100 to battle, with anywhere from 10 upwards added on for every crew member you bring.

No idea about the bonuses, I'm assuming it's all got to do with level and crew members. I can battle and get over 1,000,000 points without even a PFC sometimes as long as I bring the right crew members.

Is there a way to regain stamina without eating food or waiting?

Nope, you either have to wait it out for 24 hours to get it all back, spend real money to refill it, or buy a steak to refill and increase your stamina if you have enough RP in the store.
