Jubeat = Japan version

Jukebeat = US version.

Same game, just a difference in the name. As well as some differences in the music packs (except for the KONAMI music packs)

For those that want to track scores on the site and rank on a per song basis, the jubeat Score Tracker is up now.

Been a while. Good job on the score tracker, works great (archiving scores; GameCenter ID: Monoxide77). Later on, you could try to get it to read from the music scores.sqlite file so that we can also batch upload/update scores.

You can put your GameCenter ID in the Console Information profile, just so you know.

What I meant is that you can get the score database file from your iDevice, upload it, then have some parser process the scores so that we don't have to input the scores manually (not that I'm complaining, it's just a great plus). Kinda like how you can upload your PS2 save files for IIDX score tracking, etc.

Blood Stain Child's a surprisingly good pack , along with Rainbow Rainbow. Seems the 10s here aren't as nuts as those from previous packs; they're a lot like 9s except for some mindscrew tactic at some point (especially Stargazer with the double-bass segment).

I doubt many people would have their devices jailbroken. I certainly don't as the device belongs to work so I wouldn't even know how to begin.

Oh well, at least it's something you can consider later on .

Start taking guesses for copious packs 3 & 4. Calling Red Goose and Devil Fish Dumpling.

as far as jailbreak issues are concerned. I think Jailbreaking is still not 100% perfect for the iPad 2s and iPhone 4 [S]. But it's safe on the original iPad.

I knew what you meant.

You don't have to jailbreak to get the files; I've been using this program called iPadFileExplorer and it's useful for extracting any files that an app contains.


APPEND: An update for jubeat plus is available. From what I can tell, it includes a jubeat copious machine locator and a function to link your Konami ID/e-AMUSEMENT pass. What this implies, I'm not sure, but it's kind of interesting. From further research, I figured it out. It allows you to unlock markers from copious. (probably, only if the ID has been used to play jubeat copious)
