Oh my God, that simfile looks just amazing!
One suggestion though; maybe you should have slowed down the BPM at the end where you put the freeze arrows?

I thought that the chart could be better. For one, make the initial down arrows on sync with the song by adjusting the BPM. In addition, I think it would have been better to match the arrows to his screams. (So, when he stops to take a breath, also stop the arrows.) If you are serious about uploading it for a simfile competition, you should do these things, or else people will think that you are being lazy with your notes/gimmicks, and you will not stand a chance at getting votes. I would love to see different difficulties for this, and for it to be uploaded to one of the site's simfile contests :3
Also, is that difficulty rating a power-related joke?

Someone defend Mighty No.9 with the knowledge that in a two year span virtually no progress was made on the game, and in fact it regressed to a point where the game more closely resembles a late beta than anything else, The Xbox 360 version is so littered with bugs it's been delayed FOR DAYS, at release they struggled to send the codes out like they promised they would, the codes actually bricked consoles, the game needs a patch just to fix 45 second loading screens, people are still waiting for their codes, not to mention an explanation what the FOUR MILLION DOLLARS was even used for, on the goddamn dev stream of the game it crashed, leaving them staring at all the other games installed on the PC and wishing they could be playing those instead, and team member Ben Judd has literally gone on record to say "it's better than nothing".

Why does a dev team take an already good game, and reverse their progress? Add glitches? Weaken visuals? Who does that?
Man, I want Yacht Club Games back. They kind of disappeared after Plague of Shadows.

I haven't seen anything yet about Mighty No.9 since they announced it on kickstarter a long time ago. I didn't feel it back then, so with all these horrible comments..I don't want to know about it anymore.

Tried it with a buddy.
Not great, but definitely not deserving of all the hate it's getting.
The graphics and voice acting are really what bog down the game more than anything else.
If I rated it, I'd give it a solid 6.5 for what it's worth.
If it wasn't for the constant delays and bad press, this game might have gotten some better reviews.
P.S. I've heard many things about the different console versions having glitches. The Wii U build apparently bricks your console, and so forth. That's just bad. No excuse there, Inafune.

My opinion. It's an opinion. Don't judge.
At least 90% of gamers are never satisfied. They will find an excuse to make every game look bad, no matter how high or low the quality is.
The only games that sell with these gamers are one of two things.
1. Rated M for Mature, with unnecessary amounts of blood, gore, violence, or adult themes, usually involving shooting and killing other people with weapons modeled after real world guns.
2. Clever and unique enough to draw in a cult following that expands into a massive fanbase, taking zero risks as to the construction, planning, and marketing of the game. Better outcome imo, but very difficult.
Nobody should ever dream of making anything that isn't one of these two things as a career. You will fail, and be shamed eternally, never make money, and go bankrupt. I advise you don't enter this industry.
(oh wait, i'm a career composer for this industry)
Thanks a lot, Keiji Inafune. Now I fear for my future.

Considering how flaccid the response was to the next CoD (and also E3 in general tbh) I'd say the first one doesn't really apply any more.
Replace it with "create a sequel and throw ALL THE MONEY at it."
