I don't see someone directly shaming or insulting a specific country, culture or ethnicity. I see somebody who implied that a person might come from a country that handles a given situation differently to ours, as part of their cultural habits and the like. I'm not defending anyone here, but that's what seems to be the case IMO. I could be wrong though. Either way the statement doesn't seem to make much sense.

First it wasn't meant to be racist and I'm sorry if everyone here took it that way and for the record I'm not racist.

What I was trying to get at is the fact that people, in general: no specific race/gender/religion/creed/etc/etc, that come here to America under the pretense that they can do what ever they want as this is a free country don't understand is that yes this a free country and you can do what ever you want, but as long as it's with in legal limits. If you all had read Pande's complaint you can plainly see his boss has done a lot of things that are highly illegal. His boss easily mixed the laws set fourth by the company or business if it's independently owned/operated with some of the laws that are, unfortunately, acceptable from where they had come from.

Again I am sorry if everyone here has taken me the wrong way. I had absolutely no intention of being racist. I just get pissed off when people get away with pulling off this kind of shit.
