I for one am glad someone is finally bringing this up even though it's in Let It Out and thus has a chance of flickering out very quickly.
Let's not personally attack people and accuse them of being sassy and indifferent over an issue when they haven't even said anything yet.

I had to struggle all my damn life to get to the point of not being an anxious wreck just talking to someone because of this condition and it still affects me to this day. Why the fuck is this still prevalent in this community to make autistic people the butt of jokes like we're somehow inferior just because of something we were born with... you know, something completely out of your control?

the thing is that I am not autistic. I do however have a speech disorder and a few other things. I do get very upset if someone points it out to me, but I live with it. I try to do what others can do when it comes to public speaking etc. and I am sure autistic people try to do things that their autistic ability tries to stop them. Joking about it is the last thing you, or anyone else, should think about doing!

I hate horoscopes and signs and crap. I see them everywhere, and each of the signs is always either something that can apply to literally anyone, or some character or thing you're supposed to represent from some franchis, and people only share them when their sign is something they are satisfied with. I'm Pisces, and I will go with whatever character, thing, noteskin, modifier and perspective I damn well please, thank you very much.
