1. The Cover Art looks like utter crap. (In my opinion )
2. GREAT, more EASY stuff. <_<

There should be two things in DDR.
Noob mode, and a mode we would enjoy that skips all the easy stuff.
I couldn't stand hitting 4th arrows coming at 100 bpm, rarely at that in missions and stuff.

Hopefully they "know" what they are doing.
Kids mode, lol.

kp_Centi, why would you want a Lesson Mode?
(I would agree to anyone who states that SN1-SN2-X had poor excuse for a "LESSON MODE")
I would fall asleep listening to that guy if I were a noob and were listening to that vid/explanation.


That one sucked just as much, but I would rather have Extreme JP than this garbage.

I honestly think that having the lesson mode as a song works out much better. I was teaching someone how to play DDR once and they were completely fumbling around (this was on Stepmania). I decided to have them play Lesson 2 and they got it down pat. Having the game tell them how to turn worked out a lot better than having me tell them how to turn. I haven't played a CS DDR since Extreme 2, do they still have something like Survival mode? where you go until you break your combo? We need more tough modes like that.

I'll admit that the Lessons from Ex2 and below are fine, but starting with SN up, you wouldn't want to touch that tutorial they provide.

I dont know if this has really been discovered but.... Balie La Samba is not on the list for Konami orginals on the front page...just though id bring that up, and also i guess that means were getting more then whats on that list YAY!

Baile La Samba sucks.
I wouldn't mind it in or out.
No total loss or win if either way.

I firmly believe that anyone who spends more than an hour playing beginner is making the transition to basic harder for themselves. It allows you too many habits that prevent you from passing harder songs. Everybody I know that is capable of playing on something higher than beginner didn't spend more than an hour or so on beginner.

Nope! The transition was awesome! I used lesson mode and they suggested to spin around and stuff to hit the same patterns. I also stayed on Beginner to work on my PA because I saw that Light mode was filled with 3s and 4s

...yeah, that's why I love to spin. I have lesson three to thank for that

Well I would not really use it if its on there but its good for new people to play DDR. I remember going to Lesson Mode in EX2 after 1month i got the game and it helped a lot. The Tutorial/Lesson mode in SN and SN2 was pretty good for ARC but for CS NO!!

And the X2 boxart has a blue shining effect on the front girl's dance pad but HP3's doesn't...?

Also Kids Mode was known before. And I wouldn't be surprised if they turned out like/better than the charts from DDR Disney Grooves charts. XD

I kinda like the boxart if you ask me. Especially like having a guy on the cover wielding a Wii Remote. Looks like he's into the game like it should be with HP3.

Nice to see an excerpt of Just Dance even if it's just a tiny bit. Wets my appetite for what footage we could see in the coming days.

Is that an official sonic character? It looks so real.

Since you brought up Sonic, it would please me to death if Konami released a Sonic-based DDR. Especially after Mario Mix and the more recent Disney Grooves and Winx Club, things could be looking up. A new Nintendo mix would please me also.

1) Get Sonic simfiles.
2) Get SonicSonicRevolution theme for SM
3) ?????
4) PROFIT
