This is pretty much what I meant to say with my post. Wasn't trying to be condescending.
I don't know if Apple changed anything since I created my account, but if you were trying to download a free app, you didn't need to provide a payment method whatsoever.
(Obviously you would need to do so to buy music.)

He said he hopes that the DDR 2013 simfiles will be clean/improved soon, since the OST comes out and we'll have the CD-quality audio to replace the lineouts and other lesser quality audio.

There's something I've always wondered (and I apologize in advance if the same question was already posted earlier in this thread), was it ever made clear about whether or not any of the Private Bemani Academy songs would feature 
charts? So far, the only one that has that is Elemental Creation.

Not surprised, but delighted Wow Wow Venus made an appearance on DDR. Reckon my own chart is a 12 on

Wow Wow VENUS is fun, during the "Wow Wow" part it's like my file lol
the doubles follows the melody more.
printemps has a lot of 5 arrow drills, and a short stop near the end.
Windy Fairy has no speed changes, has 4th-16th gallops kinfa like SILVER DREAM. A generous amount of 12ths, plus footswitches at the very last part like Spanish Snowy Dance S-. Doubles is more intense.
(ignore the typo, I hate typing on my tiny-ass phone)
Oh, I got videos too but I gotta get back first.
and I forgot to mention that all 3 songs displays 92-192 as their BPM lol
(*correction, 96-192)
