Then that's something you should probably be aware of and be extra cautious about. Not all of us on the internet are like your friends, and we certainly don't get inside jokes. Learn to judge when something might be offensive. If something could be, it's best you share it with people you're comfortable sharing with, and not posting it somewhere completely out of context where a passing reader could turn on you. Or at the very least, state that it's a joke you made somewhere in advance and warn the reader that it could be offensive.

On a more positive note, I'm done exams as of this week, so hooray!

Here's something I've wanted to share for a few days now. Recently, the V.C.O. featuring Alt/seiya-murai feat.ALT song I've been hooked on has been "さんぽのうた".

This song has a long history in the Pop'n Music series - originally debuting as a song which could be obtained in Pop'n Music 10, 11, and 12 as part of the ee'mall 2nd Avenue service, it was added as a permanent song alongside the other ee'mall 2nd Avenue songs in Pop'n Music 15. Due to how cute and how catchy the song is, I decided to write "singable", rhyming English lyrics based on the direct translation of the lyrics. These "singable" lyrics were somewhat inspired by other contemporary children's songs, including some of the original songs from Mother Goose Club (obviously...). They are told from Alt's point of view, hence the line "I'll be a brave computer". Here they are:

After the rain goes away

I've gone somewhere that I don't know

I'm going to be remixing the song as well, and having it be sung by Alt herself (If you didn't know already, Alt is voiced by "Sarah", a voice from the computer program VocalWriter, and I have VocalWriter.) I'll hopefully have a link to the song itself soon (I might get a YouTube or a SoundCloud account to post the song) when I finish! (|[*'v'*]|)

I'm assuming the "question" is the one about how DDR SuperNOVA is the last japanese arcade game to advertise DanceMania according to remywiki. I was also curious about this but I couldn't really find anything which is why I did not answer. Here I am 5 pages later...

I did notice today while playing that the credits for DDR SuperNOVA AC do contain the logo for both TOSHIBA-EMI and its label i-Dance's logo at around the end, on a US cabinet. These are not present in the PS2 version of the game or SuperNOVA2 after. The credits are those that you get when playing on Extra Stage or playing a Nonstop/Challenge course. Perhaps this is what remywiki's talking about? The label for the Dancemania albums was i-Dance after all... We'd need to contact someone with access to a japanese DDR SuperNOVA cabinet to confirm if there is any additional Dancemania related content in the attract screen or credits.

I decided to hop on Splatoon today having no idea that it was Splatfest. Then I saw the theme... No Team Squidward :(
So I picked Patrick, because modern SpongeBob is really annoying. Turns out Team Patrick is ridiculously OP. I only lost one match out of about 10, and most were crushing victories.
