The Official DDR Accomplishments Thread (Read first post, NO STEPMANIA OR ITG)

My last 3 AC PFC's for awhile, but I'm very happing about these.


Pretty straight-forward chart but there were quite a few crossovers. Also, ryu's songs are always happy and energetic. lol


Obviously not as hard as the speedy mix. The only hard parts were the skips.


Can't believe I got this on my first try.

I knew the timing felt weird, but I wasn't entirely sure whether it was the pads or just me (apparently it was the pads?). I guess that's why all my doubles scores sucked today too. I'll try 2P side next time.

Decided to make a post since I got time to kill. Haven't played a ton lately mostly because I have been busy... and because of the fact I am going to Las Vegas tomorrow Anyhow I was playing 4th Mix PLUS the past week or two so here is the stuff I got done...

AAA#1051 - MUSIC (Double Maniac)
AAA#1052 - PINK DINOSAUR (Double Maniac) For the record this chart is actually pretty fun
AAA#1053 - SHOOTING STAR (Double Maniac)

Really great song and excellent chart, really poor synching job though. You need to play very early to get Perfects.

AAA#1054 - LOVE (Double Maniac)
AAA#1055 - ONLY YOU (Double Maniac)
AAA#1056 - PETIT LOVE (Maniac)

Early, early, early! No idea why I had trouble with it this whole time. It literally took me like 3 plays to get it down with a AAA.

AAA#1057 - NIGHT IN MOTION (Maniac)

Did this one twice because my camera crashed while recording the first time. Not as hard as I remember, some of the arrows you need to hit fairly late which always threw me off.

AAA#1058 - CAFE (Maniac) Wonky beginning threw me off in the past. Finally found the proper timing needed.
AAA#1059 - WALKIE TALKIE (Maniac) It drifts just like I remember
AAA#1060 - MAKE YOUR MOVE (Double Maniac)

Still one of my favorite charts of all time.

AAA#1062 - SKY HIGH (Double Maniac)

I think we can all learn a valuable lesson from me playing SKY HIGH: Let's talk it over does not count as a warmup. Hurt my leg a bit when I was making those pad transitions but not enough to stop me from playing a bit more before I left.

I'll be back and playing next week. I was actually going to play a bit today but I got really sick two days ago and am just sitting back trying to recover before my flight tomorrow. Think I'll be playing some EXTREME and swapping back to 4th Mix PLUS again. I'll figure it out when I get back.

I played it with 3.5x a lot of times but the slowdown is still dense as fuck. Got 2g though, then I tried 4x. Need to adjust and get used to the 160BPM part (a.k.a. the rest of the song) but then I nailed it.

My problem is I would prefer 4x since I 2x things like maxx and smmm which would be the same, the difference is I don't know all the steps, stops, and rhythms, especially in the slow down. Give me a little while longer. Just been to lazy or motivated to learn that haha.

Finally got the chance to play X3 at Gen Con! Managed to get 3 PFCs.

I'm so going back next year! There are songs I know I can PFC. It's just so nice I got to play songs I always wanted to play, like Go For The Top on expert (got an A lol). I have to say the timing doesn't feel as strict like SN2. It might be just me though.

*sigh* What a great day that was...it ended so fast.

I forgot about this one. Unfortunately this is my last one but at least I FC'd it. I believe I can PFC it when I get my feet on X3 again.

pffffft DDR is for fat losers. I kid obviously. The reason why I haven't posted is because my HDD died and I am still trying to recover from it. It is looking HIGHLY likely that I will need to redo my video editing setup because the data has been completely lost (as in all the files that go into the project along with the project itself). It will take me a god while to get set back up and I will likely be losing the intro because I lost that Yuni picture with the HDD being dead.

I did get 5 more PFC's. Only one got uploaded before the death of the HDD.

You could download one of your videos from YouTube with a YouTube video downloader and take the picture from there. (maybe the same thing happened to the outro, so the same applies there.
