I was gonna say, good luck playing the old one as ESS. On x1 no less.

Despite some of the questionable things about X, a lot of good things have also happened. Mostly with regards to challenge; adding the PRIZE charts and the new Venus was great, and changing Horatio is also a step in a good direction.

Am I the only one who hates the fixed dance rountines? It gets me so nervous when I'm playing Hottest Party because the moves are not dance-looking at all

It's not the only one. The regular ES's are a lot better.

I hope it's not just the original with shock arrows.

Also notice how it is in the 1st mix folder.

The Groove Radar looks pretty much like the one for the normal Paranoia, except it has some amount of Freeze. I think Shock Arrows count towards freeze, so I guess everyone knows what that means.

Shock arrows count towards AIR.

I'm guessing that means you have to play at least one first mix song to get it (even though there are only three?). Someone on 2ch mentioned that they got it after playing Make It Better as their first song.
