F-Zero's an interesting one. I could either play on Standard and curbstomp the game or play Expert and never even reach the last stage of each league, much less ever clear it in 3rd.

RC Pro AM cycles after Level 24. When the game goes through its 3rd cycle of levels the game has reached it's max difficulty.
When you get to that, then you win the game.
