I think kors k and dj nagureo are the best. Of course dj nagureo isn't with bemani anymore, but still.

I'd have to say my favorite bemani artist(s) would have to be TOTTO, nc feat. NRG Factory (nc in general, really) S-C-U, and probably OR-IF-IS

Sota Fujimori. Hands down. His stuff is so wonderfully complex without being too incomprehensible.
