haha, i was just playing and saw that hyper course and said to myself, thats funny, i dont remember that, guess it was new after all.

Also I'm not sure what the recent update did or didnt do but I was also told the update coming should fix the eamuse records and target score along with maybe a few sync updates. I'll see next time I guess.

And about th X3credits, as far as I can tell, there are none, just a picture saying game over with 2 DDR Characters that lasts about 5 seconds, no music either.

There were a few other changes

* The number of simultaneous rivals has been bumped up to 3
* The Internet Ranking support has started (no news on IR courses yet; just the Internet Ranking logo shown in the title AFAIK)
* The "New!" icon is shown for unlocked songs from enjoy level
* The explanation about use of the 00 key for target score settings was added

and some minor terminology changes (e.g. eAmusement Member's site -> eAmusement Gate)

It's almost like they fell asleep for a couple months, woke up, and realized there was a game out there that some had presumed dead even though i believe the total song count should range in the 400's when all is said and done
