Sportime USA is clearly better than any arcade, and any future arcade. The pad are amazing with stock ITG 2 and no other songs besides the officials. Clearly better than your stupid round 1 bs.

Great news on that Ace! Honestly I've been loving pro 2 more and more so much that if we don't lose it but get the Ace on top of everything I might be willing to take the long island commute over the other, shorter for me commute.

The broadway mall location's really been great, as have been fridays.

People are seeming to really enjoy Pump it Up at BWM! It's always being used, very popular. I do plan to visit Middletown sometimes also btw but I am now commuting back and forth to Westchester Monday to Wednesday so I can easily stop in at R1 Hicksville on the way back!

Yeah the pump's been doing well but it seems like prime is outdoing pro, rightfully so since prime has a more broad appeal but more ITG style boss songs really do it for me.

I'd rather have ace over pro but all 3 would be perfect. Not sure what they'd remove though. There might be room on the lower floor but I like all the music games together.

I think that when they get DDR A at Hicksville's R1, they'll move one of the PIU machines to the bottom floor to make room for DDR with the other BEMANI games.

Jubeat is fun! I do plan to come to 8otB for Champions of the Coast.

Also as an update, I have a new life schedule involving a hard commute from long island to westchester. I am planning to check out Sportstime USA today to try ITG on my lunch break. I also plan to check out the Dave and Busters here and try out their Pump it up and might end up doing my half price Wednesdays there. I could also be possibly stopping at Round 1 on my way home. I am in westchester Monday to Wednesday and the commute is absolute hell coming back at night (mornings are fine) so I like to break up the drive.

Oh... I'm getting dragged along on a road trip that weekend
Otherwise I'd go all 3 days lol that sounds amazing

Probably, i haven't been there in quite a while. I will head there for the big tournament though the weekend of the 26th.

Also checked out Sportime USA on my lunch break. Good ITG machine just felt awkward playing there.
Edit: Went back to Sport time USA, was nice to play there met another player doing ITG. Unfortunately the USB reader is wonky.

Eclale is running and it will be used for the tournament this weekend

I'll be at CotC all weekend.

I'm going at some point but I don't know when, since I'm not playing I might hit up round 1 too in the same weekend since I don't see myself having much to do.

So I'm trying to figure out when's the best time to maximize people seen haha.

The sportime USB thing comes from a lack of memory in the machine iirc, so it can't read in all the charts in time. That, and because, imo, the machine sucks.

Speaking of sucking, the round 1 pro2 is in shambles, and the 8otb itg was pretty bad too, allegedly though, there have been some fixes done to the itg for cotc on sunday so we'll see I guess.

Saturday is going to be your best bet for 8 on the break. I might even stop at R1 on the way home from CotC. At Sportime usa the pads felt comfortable i dont htink it messed up too many of my steps but I am not that good so I am not sure. Its still convenient since I work 10 minutes away during the week.

Yeah I plan to, DDR Singles as well. Probably won't compete in jubeat this year, haven't played much of that recently.

DDR is the only one i can even do the first round qualificaton stuff for lol! Otherwise yeah just entering DDR singles so i will be first round / second round fodder for someone.

Asked about DanEvo at Round 1 today, not coming right away. DDR A is coming first then we will get DanEvo later

Was gonna post this post-cotc but I'm lazy so here we are.

The itg's playable again at the break so my round 1 dreams are pretty much on halt until the other one's open because I can't be bothered to do the long island commute for mainly pump - even moreso considering the pro2 continues to be gimped and I've had enough prime 2 for one lifetime.

If you want me to be totally honest, the fact that the pump is still in considerable disrepair concerns me greatly that if/when things go to shit at Hicksville it's not gonna be fixed in any sort of a timely fashion (if at all?). Like there's a visibly split panel, kind of a safety hazard to smaller children at the least.

So yeah I'll be at 8 until the other round 1 opens up. Hope you all had a fun cotc and the A treats you better than the pro 2 treated me lol.
