Question:

When HP3's simfiles get posted, will they include the two HP1 and HP2 nonstop courses?

(I'm pretty sure they will since they are entirely new stepcharts, but just making sure.)

Edit: Thanks, Pie-kun. Smile

What's with the several songs it said I unlocked, but can't find? I don't remember all the names, but I know one of them was Kamikaze Princess. (I know, not Kimono Princess, Kamikaze.) Where did they all go and how many of these so-called "secret songs" are there? Please help me! Sad

"On ZiV I'm like Princess Diana"
Kamikaze Princess is a course, not a song. Look in your course folder.

Somebody at Konami thought they were slick. Check this out, with roppongi Evolved I just discovered the surefire way of being able to tell which version of the song you're going to play before the first note hits the screen. Watch the camera angles and flight of the character.

If it's ver. A, your dancer will fly straight and the camera will show their back fairly close.

If it's ver. B, your dancer will be flying with the camera at a distance and shoot from a variety of different angles to the beat of the song.

If it's ver. C, your dancer will fly straight like with A, but the camera will be showing their face fairly close.

Don't know if anything like this shows itself on DDRX2 or not. Might be worth a look over there.

"Secret Agent"
Wow ! Shocked

A hint.

A huge risk if you played it without seeing. Laughing Hard (Even you know the stepchart 100%)

For some reason, a number of news websites decided to suddenly/finally start posting information about MUSIC FIT.

Several of them reported that Journey through the Decade (from Kamen Rider Decade) is by GACKT and Meikyoku Butterfly (from Shugo Chara) is by Mizuki Nana. There is a chance they could have just been saying who the original artists for both of those songs were, but Japanese news outlets tend to pretend covers appear out of thin air and have no previous origin.

We will see soon enough!! Shocked

EDIT - Shouldn't the MF discussion be separate from the HP3 discussion? Neutral Just a thought! Very Happy

They are effectively the same game with different songs, and usually the Japan threads don't get too busy, might as well keep it in one.

Anybody got a game save for this yet? All you need to do is copy the data to an sd card and upload the data

Game save is awaiting acceptance over at Gamefaqs. It should only be a matter of time. I'd highly suggest you delete all the scores though.

can you upload it down here? I really don't want to unlock it all, though if it isn't up in a day or two, I'll probably do it myself

I read a review on Amazon that said that was one of the features this version was lacking.
However, I have a question of my own. Could someone update the game database entry for the levels? It's been a few weeks.Confused

I know its probably bad to request music, but as has anyone by chance ripped the "A Brighter Day" long version was used in the credits? I thought it was a pretty good long version.

EDIT = Thanks al2k4.

@ everyone here: who rated rachaelbat down for asking about that? It was a simple mistake, she didn't know and with 2 posts she's down to -10? No wonder people don't want to sign up to this site Annoyed

@ darknight: I don't know, i've only played roppongiEVOLVED once on X2 and didn't notice anything strange about the background + dancers. I guess HP3 literally tells you which version it is even before it starts.

That's false. In tournament mode when you pick roppongi EVOLVED, it says roppongi EVOLVED when it starts but no version information.

It doesn't "TELL" you exactly, but the dancer/flight/camera angle combo gives away which version of the song you're going to step before the first note.

In other events/discoveries about this game, apparently You Are A Star forces that DDR training stage when you pick it (which IMO is hell if you use the rainbow noteskin like I do). It also CANNOT be AAAd the conventional PFC way, meaning you have to do it with gimmicks turned on. What's the gimmick you ask? Diagonal Arrows! Hope those DDR Solo 6 panel skills (that I never quite got down mind you) haven't rusted away completely, you're gonna need them. Aside from the boss songs, we could be looking at one of the hardest if not THE hardest AAA in the Wii list.
