I think Nintendo made a step too far for Black & White. . . yes, it has some new features but it doesn't have that Pokemon feel anymore

So like, there's two pokemon that evolve in a trade, and end up looking like your supposed to get the other's evolution.
When trading, one of the pokemon steals the other's helmet, which is why one of them looks pissed.

A lot of weird Pokemon this time around. I thought they were pushing it when they had Stunky and Skuntank, but these take the cake. Why do I have a bad feeling that the franchise is going to be in trouble after this.
addendum: Just want to know has anyone beatin the Elite and Lance yet? I came awfully close to becoming Johto Champion.

I beat Soulsilver in two months when it came out back in March.
I wouldn't say that they franchise will be in trouble as they added a whole bunch of new features, along with new moves. The only thing that's in trouble is the metagame as the new moves and abilities will throw off the tiers until smogon figures it all out.

so far Balck and white had been the biggest/largest when it comes to sales in Japan..I'm currently playing a downloaded Pokemon Black ROM in my DS (I use R4) and the graphics are superb..the Pokemon are somehow weird..still not that impressed but jus tlike the other generations, we will get used to it.. I'll buy a legit cartridge once the English version is out next year =)

I agree with you on this one. I'm only interested up to the 4th generation. Most of the 5th gen pokemon are getting, well, weirder.

Uncertain on how many of you have decided to import Black & White version. How ever there is already a wi-fi event for the game. Its to obtain kumasyun and this runs from now till Nov. 29th.

I dont know alot about black and white, but it feels like more of a real RPG than the simple game it was. It looks to be a bit more in depth and story driven, and all of the music is killer.

Is it just me or is the School Teacher @ Rustborogh City in Pokemon Emerald (possibly even Ruby and Sapphire) reminds me of Daddy Walrus from Astro Boy?

Also Isshu Region is going to be called the Unova Region for the English games.
