I really like Remember You as well. And Let Them Move grew on me since the first time I heard it for the first time not too long ago. I think many would agree that THE CUBE would be an awesome revival.

Probably no difference. Quads in ULTRAMIX used the 1-10 scale just DOUBLE, just like SINGLE.

It also just occurred to me that with DLC a good swath of old DDR songs are about to get Octo-stepped.

As well as probably getting dance routines as well.

Thanks for the playlist. Just some thoughts:

I'm glad I listened to Hungry Like a Wolf. I recognized the song instantly. I had no idea who sung the song nor did I know the name of the song and I've known the song for years! Thanks for that and thanks Konami for including this song. Side note: Some of the backbeats make me think of some of the backbeats used in some of the music in Sonic games.

I've also heard Praise You before but have never identified it in the past. It's a good song. I wonder how the steps will get co-ordinated though.

Keep on movin' is a song I can see growing on me. It sounds pretty good to me! I really hope this won't be the only song from FFP that's coming over but it's still great to see at least one come our way. After seeing a vid of the step chart, though, I'm definitely hoping it gets re-done...


I heard Detroit Rock City for the first time and goodness, I can understand them trying to appeal to multiple audiences but honestly, I highly doubt I'll be playing this song very much no matter how good the routine is. I'm actually questioning its appearance at this point when a different, stronger, more-recent license could've easily taken its place. But that's just my bit...

Enjoy the Silence sounds like a pretty good song as well.

Southside doesn't sound too bad. Hopefully it'll grow on me.

I've heard I Know You Want Me multiple times in the past couple of days and so it didn't click in that that song got chosen until I heard the song in that playlist (didn't know the artist). Definitely a popular pick.

It'll be very interesting to see how they'll cut the music video for some of these. I think it's pretty obvious that some of these music videos are too sexy to get classified as being E10+.

Anyway, thanks again for the playlist! Made me enjoy the song list that much more.

Do you think we should add a TechnoMotion addon to Stepmania and record all of the stepcharts into the simfile database?

There is a Techno Motion mode in SM for those who haven't heard.

I never saw the FFP steps before, just the ones on DDR S, which are actually different. What really worries me is that they made it even worse. You know all the freezes on the "keep on keep on keep on keep on doin' it" part? They're all jumps in DDR S. I'm getting a little concerned for this game, since the most recently released steps, from DDR S, are some of the worst charts I've ever seen in DDR. I really hope this game isn't ruined by awful steps, since it has a killer song list.

I sent an e-mail over to Anna Kaelin, who sings "You Are A Star" on the new game, and she was kind enough to inform me that she also did the vocals for KIMONO♥PRINCESS.

Yeah, when I e-mailed her, she seemed to be under the impression that the games were already out .
