Been working on a mockup! I've been thinking the MAX-EXTREME era of DDR looked the best to me in terms of UI, and I think DDR A is one of the most ugly cluttered messes. That said, I think the song wheel is the most efficient it's ever been! Wanted to combine my favorite parts of the MAX themes with the niceties of modern DDR.

I love that mockup and honestly I wouldn't mind if a SM5 theme was made in that style.

^^SAME. I literally lit up when I saw that mockup; MAX2 was my favorite era so seeing that made me feel all nostalgic and fuzzy inside.

And honestly same here TBH. No one's been able to get the A wheel to work in SM yet; not even that asshole j*ndev, so it's gonna be a while before it's even possible. (plus who tf codes in lua? lol)
Gonna work on MAX and EX soon then! And maybe a Select Style screen since most of the character models are available.
