Are those typos? Why wouldn't they just swap the charts? Come on KONAMI... the difficulty levels are progressive for a reason.

I have a question, why isn't there any new songs on the ARC there just songs that were from HP2. Did anyone explain that, or is Konami going to be starting fresh with new songs for there next ARC?

There are new songs on the arcade. Yes, most of the new content we've already seen before in the CS US X release, but they probably originated to be on the arcade before development of the CS ever started.
