No, on X3 you get a generic picture of a heart with "Heavy Rotation" in katakana written around it (I'll upload a pic later if nobody else does before me)

So ENJOY LEVEL unlocks don't count as unlocks in your books?

DDR SuperNOVA2 had none of that and the unlock pace was like 2-3 songs PER MONTH.

If you want to go back further. MAX2 had 30-odd unlocks and depending on how often people AAAd songs on it, you could unlock the entire contents in 2 weeks (2 weeks, 1 day at Muthos, 1 week, 5 days was the record in Kyoto)

Yeah, there are 18 or so Enjoy related song/chart unlocks on X3 and they enabled the target score feature (even if it is Japan-only for the moment). There will most probably be other unlocks coming, too. For those that have all the unlocks and PFCd everything, there isn't that much to do right now except maybe go for some eAmuse records or play 2nd mix mode some. There are still a lot of people that don't have all the unlocks but the lineups to play are down so it isn't such an issue anymore (except for making time to go and actually play)


It's fixed on the .jp machines along with Carl "Douglas". The Asian region machines aren't fixed yet AFAIK, though

So... with more screen real estate they moved the counter to the top and the help to the bottom. So what are those black ovals on the metal plates for? I've never seen a shot of them doing anything yet it seems room was made for them to be there.

Also I took that shot on purpose to mimic yours, note some songs have been rearranged, and a few other details have changed.

I'm actually curious if anybody caught the significance of the song In The Zone to the history of Konami. It just hit me a while back and I don't recall anybody bringing it up.

They've been patching the games continually since SuperNOVA. They fix bugs and typos this way.

I wonder if the dancers on 2ndMIX Mode have their overall size fixed now?

He was talking about Japan/Asia using e-AMUSE to continuously patch the game, we don't have that in our regions.

Last I had heard a good handful of song in SuperNOVA were noticeably off sync, even in Japan. Did that end up getting fixed?

Only Aaron can tell you that I think.

I believe they adjusted RED ZONE, but yeah, better ask a player in Japan. They definitely used the online update to fix Mind Parasite's ratings and the EXTRA STAGE groove radar bug where it wouldn't change if you moved the cursor up.
