Just going off of which ones kick my butt and not real logic, Beautiful Dream should either be bumped up or swapped with Lovely Radio/ Stulti. That's the one 15 I've attempted that I cannot pass at all because of its speed and maybe jumps, if my sour memory is correct. Considering I didn't know/ forgot Flower was a 15 at all... and I need to try most of this list. Straight Oath is a walk in the park, though only by comparison. NGO's only hard part at the end gets me all the time, too, but the rest of that chart brings it down to, well, Max 300.
Seconding the Horatio edit, but no TLoM is scary stuff; it's at least as high as wherever Max 300 goes.

Oh er, that's just passability... when you consider how hard it is to score on something um... good luck with that.

TLoM is a metric ton easier than MAX 300 though. Aside from some rough patterns near the end, it's pretty much a hard 14. To say it's comparable to the likes of Horatio is hogwash. Just my onion.
To note, it's still fun to play and it's probably the best sounding MAX out there outside of (period). It's just not as hard as people make it out to be.

I think LOM is fine where it is. I would put PARANOiA survivor down to -1 and maybe bump Xepher up to -1. I've FC'd PARANOiA survivor but can't combo Xepher for crap. But I don't know if they resynced it in the later games or what because I feel like it's really offsync on SN1 and 2.

I do beleive this was around the Team Light Night/ZIv Afterhours era.

I agree with FLOWER being a +1. LOM I think is slightly harder than MAX 300 but as far as this list goes it's the same tier. A ton of these charts I don't even remember, I'll have to review them.

I find LoM easier than Max 300 to be perfectly honest. It's more tiring than 300, sure. I just find LoM much easier to combo since it's super straightforward, but there's still parts of 300 I tend to screw up. I'd say Maxx Unlimited is more difficult than both of them.

I'd bring down Trip Machine PhoeniX down to 0 (doesn't offer much stream-wise), MAX 300 SMMM up to +1 (the notes blending with the background & freezes being uncolored during the DXY! section in older mixes really tripped me up for a long time, until I figured to just use Rainbow), and Flower down to -1 (the broken mini streams seem easy to BS by slowing them down).
