Arrabiata should be lowered to 0, but I think everything else is fine. Arrabiata is not harder than MAX 300, no way.

Back when I was really good at the game I could beat MAX 300 no problem, but Arrabiata still gave me problems. I think it's fine where it is, tbh.

Flower is much harder than Max 300...

I could see that. Its just that MAX 300 is so much more stamina draining, even though the patterns are straightforward. MAX 300 has 103 more notes than Arrabiata. So I think they are equal.

Edit: I noticed I have grammar problems.

A few critiques, most of which I hope will be helpful.

1) Never start a paragraph with a question. Take out the question and replace it with something else.
2) Fix grammar. There's at least one grammatical error in each sentence.
3) With citations, the period goes outside the parentheses.
4) Figure out singular vs. plural. Never use "its" and "they" when referring to the same item(s).
5) Make things consistent. Is it "fly trap" or "Flytrap"?
6) There are some other examples where the paragraph sounds very informal, such as "its doom begins" and "the Flytrap has this acid". I'd recommend fixing these.

Some other things here and there but those are the basics.

I'm guessing the (1.)'s are citations? From what you've written, I can gather that, if a Venus flytrap tries to digest an insect that is too big, the flytrap dies in two weeks, but if the insect is small enough then the plant digests the insect. If that's not right then you need to re-word sentence 5. I would consider combining sentences 4 and 5 like this:
"It takes up to two weeks to finish the digestion, but if the insect is too big, then digestion stops and the flytrap goes through bacterial decline and dies in a matter of two weeks."
I think this makes it a little less confusing IMO. Also if you want I could help you with your grammar, although I see you noticed you have grammar problems already.
