It should have been obvious since the E3 news that what is now known as DDR X2 will be the only one to use the X rating scale. This songlist came from the PS3/360 trailer, so it's on the old rating scale.

Well I think Keep on Movin' is going to be the one featured in the JP version of HP2 (or フルフル♪パーティー to be exact)

Probably not the full songlist. For example, there are supposed to be 20 brand-new Konami originals, and that one only has about 16 (Take out Keep on movin and Pluto the First, and I doubt they'd consider Roppongi Evolved as three Konami originals itself).

Looking through that trailer, it mentions that they simplified edit mode. Training Mode and Edit Mode look too similar to the DDR Edit program that Konami released for the computer. I'm not liking it at all.

oh and uh, hurray for Pluto the First getting Doubles charts.

I'm having mixed feelings right now. That songlist looks great, I'm glad to see that the bemani gang and 9 footers are back again. The songlist already looks a lot more promising than X's. It also looks like they're combining HP style songs like the new EVOLVED song and Pluto the First with whatever unlocks may come. Also yay for Feel Good Inc.

Though I'm a little dissapointed about the possible return to the 1-10 scale and the minimalistic fugly interface. If they're going to keep the X rating scale on X2, why not just have it on all four versions?

In my opinion, the 360/PS3 games still need a lot of work. I'm glad they are bringing back long lost characters, But vmost of them look ugly. I mean, Yuni looks like a guy. WTF?

Well it's obvious that the PS3 and 360 versions are going to look significantly different from X2 and HOTTEST PARTY 3. The X scale is probably something they want to keep unique to X2, which is understandable since all versions have at least one thing that is exclusive to its version.

1-10 scale was starting to have some issues by SN2. 1-20 had a few as well but it wasnt nearly as severe.

If anything, at least make it 1-12, Konami...

I can't believe we're getting Pluto the First! We better get this in HP3. All I need to hear now is that Celebrate Night, HOUSE NATION, True Love and Double Tornard are in and I'll be a very happy camper. After all, they did say 60 songs so maybe the additional 10 we just found out about could consists of some of these songs that we didn't get to experience from the JP releases oh HP1 and HP2.

Yay for getting the full license list confirmed. Many of my predictions have now been confirmed (even the ones I didn't want to be true).

Yay for new boss songs! Can't wait to hear what they sound like. I'm sure KIMINO PRINCESS will sound great if SILVER DREAM is any indication.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the EXPERT ratings change for the licenses. Plus, I'm sure the challenge will increase either way with the revamped Hand Marker system. I'm also wondering if the rating scale for Balance Board mode will be different.

Still waiting to hear that HP3 will get an Edit Mode. That would make me really happy especially after the confirmation of it being included in the new PS3 game. I'm more hopeful for it now than I was months ago since it seems like they're pulling out all the stops for HP3 and the work they've shown off so far is truly commendable.

Boy this was a treat. Can't wait to hear more!

This. I don't want one of those situations where I get to play the new DRave but can't make it any harder.
