Couple things I noticed:
Battle Mode: Score doesn't show for either player
Battle Mode: The meter at the top is shifted to the right
Screen Select: You can play edit charts, but there's no indication of edit in the difficulty selection area (where beginner, basic, etc. are)
Otherwise I really like this theme!

Battle Mode is going to be completely overhauled in the next release. It hasn't really been worked on yet.
As for edit charts not showing: that was by design, but I never really liked the idea, so that will probably change next release.

Another thing on Battle mode (and I know you said you haven't worked on it yet, just helping you out)
After results screen, it doesn't go back to the select music screen

The strangest thing about this is that no toasty appeared blocking arrows. The only solution I've seen so far would be to copy the .AVI video of the characters dancing to the songs I've created and downloaded, but doing so would have less hard disk space and could compromise the performance of my PC with StepMania.

The way the code works right now is that it turns off the song background even if the character you're playing with isn't supported. This is weird behavior and will also be changed in the future.

Ok, anyway thank you for helping me solve the initial problem was the theme SN3 failure.

I follow the step by step to set up the right way, but the background remains with black screen.
When I downloaded the theme DDR SN3, I looked at the theme directory and I saw that the characters are in the following directory: "DDR SN3 \ BGAnimations \ BGScripts".
BGScripts within the directory are the files:

- Rage_1.avi
- Yuni_1.avi

You made sure that you copied the "default" folder in the "Characters" folder in your StepMania installation? You must copy it for however many characters you plan to use. If you wish to use all four then you have to copy the "default" folder four times and rename each folder to a character name. Therefore, you should have "Alice", "default", "Disco", "Rage", and "Yuni" folders in your StepMania's character folder.

I've done this before, but from what I saw in the "default" and the two characters that I downloaded earlier, inside the folder "Character", there is a .txt file that is a configuration parameter called "character".
I should put this .txt file in these folders, yes or no?

Sorry if there haven't been any updates recently, Production has slowed down as all of us are busy with other things and we're busy trying to scout out people for other things for the game release.

I am using this theme on Stepmania 5.0.10 on Mac OS X Yosemite, and all seems fine until after the results screen, I get this:
The background animation just loops, and I can't select anything. I have to quit the game at this point because I can't get back to the menu. Do you know what could be the reason? I know that your website says it supports Windows, but doesn't say anything about Mac, could that be why?
I'd love to fix this issue; the theme is quite nice and really well done. I'll look forward to the full release!
